Crofton is a destination place for buyers moving into the area.  We're ideally situated about 30 minutes out of Washington, DC to the south and 30 minutes out of Baltimore to the north.  Travel east about 10 minutes and you're in the Capital of Maryland, Annapolis.  Each of these cities is a thriving employment area, making Crofton an ideal location.

My family and I moved to Crofton in 1991 and used the same criteria that buyers today use when looking for a home.  Great location, good schools and safety.  After looking at several communities in the area Crofton was our number one pick and we've never looked back.  It has been a wonderful small city to raise a family.

The kids are grown and out now and living in nearby Baltimore County.  My wife and I are still in Crofton and plan on remaining here for quite some time.

I live and work in Crofton, Maryland, for Long and Foster Realtors.  Long and Foster is the largest independently owned real estate company in the Mid Atlantic region.  The town of Crofton is wonderfully situated between Baltimore and Washington, DC in Anne Arundel County Maryland.  We are also close to Annapolis, our Capital, and the water oriented activities of the Cheasapeake Bay.

Besides serving clients in Anne Arundel County I also serve Prince Georges, Baltimore, Calvert, Queen Anne and Howard counties.  Although I'm licensed to sell real estate throughout Maryland I find it more efficient to refer clients to qualified REALTORS® in other areas.

Rich, Liz, Kevin, Jaclyn and Joey moved down from New Jersey in 1990 and have been living in a house on Crofton Parkway ever since.  He can be seen frequently walking his dogs Shadow and Sadie around the neighborhood.  Being a good neighbor he always carries two bags...just in case! 

I utilize the latest technology to better serve my clients.  Right now my favorite handheld device is my iPhone. I'm one of a couple of hundred agents in the State of Maryland who is e-PRO certified.  To better put that figure in perspective there are about 20,000 licensed real estate agents in Maryland.

The internet, despite the tremendous amount of information available, cannot provide you with the type of real estate consulting a professional real estate agent can.  If you're truly serious about buying a house we have to "walk the property" at some time.  You can't do this in front of your terminal.  In my experience most of my customers and clients complain that the data on the internet is old.  By the time they find the listing its already gone in most cases.  As a client I can provide you with automated emails of new listings in your search area.
