Add Annapolis about fifteen minutes away to that huge plus and you have one of the main reasons buyers choose Crofton, MD.

Like many other communities in the area, Crofton, MD is made up of several sub-divisions. Some older, some newer, but all in Crofton. One of the most unique sub-divisions is Walden.

Walden is made up of a combination of condos, townhouses and single family homes. These range in price from the high $190's to the low $700's. Quite a diverse spread. Surrounding a golf course, Walden homes were built in the 90's and offer many of the features buyers are looking for today.
