The current Active inventory for Odenton, MD homes is 191. An increase of three from last week. 34 of these are rentals and 157 are homes or condos for sale.

As you can see from the chart below, seventeen new listings came on the market in Odenton MD last week. The Spring market certainly seems to have arrived in Odenton, MD.  Two of the new listings were priced below $250,000, a nice price range for first time home buyers for Odenton, MD. The largest of the new listings was a 6 br, 4.5 bath house in the Chapel Grove section listed for $725,000.

Eight new rental listings came on the market this past week. The current rental market is very robust and competitive in Odenton, MD, as always.

Nine properties moved into or changed a form of Contract status. Three of these properties moved into full contract status. This is a future indicator of settlements to come in the near future.
