Seattle, We Concede, You Can Have Your Weather Back

Ugh! The weather in the mid-Atlantic region on the East Coast has been moist this season, to say the least. After several years of below average precipitation, we're making it up big time.

Hey Seattle! Is that big yellow thing that used to be up in the sky still there?

Where's a Weather Czar when you need them?

Richard,

They have to take it back from us first.  We've got over double the average rain fall already for June.

Richard:  Yes, I have not thought of it that way, but even here in Fort Worth over the past two weeks... it has rained more here than in Seattle.  Two weeks is a good thing.  Any more... well... Seattle can have it back.

Pushing 100 here in Austin, and my car's A/C just sputtered out. Can we trade?

Does it give a new meaning to the idea of active rain?

Richard, If it doesn't stop raining soon... It's insane here too!

I am so tired of this weather.  Is there no happy medium?

Richard, do you think the sun will ever come out again in Maryland?

Posted by Jen Anderson (Exit By the Bay Realty) almost 3 years ago

Richard, I'm thinking that it is that global warming thing.  It has everything turned around.

Hi Richard! Oh, I'm sorry for you! We've had our share of rainfall this year too - and tornadoes - which I don't remember hearing so much about around here in years past. Seems everywhere is something different than what's become the norm. Got some interesting 'green sky' shots on Sunday up in Denver, but no funnel clouds....I must have been looking in the wrong direction, cuz they were there!

Brian, Sorry...write your own post :)

Karen, Raining again today and forecast for the rest of the week.

Ian, I'll have to go with my short answer here, NO!

Randi, And this year we have plenty to spare. Delivery is going to be a problem though.

Heath, Good one, I like that.

Connie, Pretty much up and down the East Coast.

Bob, Don't get used to it, we're taking it back.

Stacey Ann, I'm pretty tired of it too.

Jen, What's this sun thing you mentioned?

Don, Not sure. Maybe we need a Global Warming czar.

Debi, We've had a couple of tornadoes here too, which is pretty rare. BTW, if I see a funnel cloud I'd have to learn to take the picture over my shoulder, because I'd be going in the other direction.

Aww Rich...since it's still spring you know the drill "April May and June showers will always bring July Flowers. I'm not sure I've got that right ;-) but here, I made this for you, sorta....

I'd wet my pants to get a shot of a funnel cloud - in the distance, of course!

Nice sun, Gail!
