Blue jays and robins were some of my favorite birds growing up in Wisconsin. You captured the great coloring in this one.

One thing for sure------he is small enough to stay off of someone's lunch plate tomorrow.

Wow! This is a beauty, Rich! What a great capture you got here, love the little feathers that show up so clearly on his beak.  I hope he didn't see a puddy tat, and stayed safe!

Tim: Every once in a while I get a good one.

Rita: Sure, but they are decendents of dinasours too.

John: When the Jays show up, all the other birds leave.

Don: Good one.

Lou: And you, my friend.

Tony and Darcy: Enjoy and have a great day.

Lora: The background colors did come out pretty nice. Thanks.

Toula: Thanks and have a wonderful holiday season too.

Mike: Coming from you, that means a lot.

Deb: He was watching the squirells attack all the bird seed. New lens I was trying out. Sigma 50 - 500. Kind of heavy to use without a monopod though. The jury is still out for me.
