Richard  - WOW! It may take days for you guys to find some form of normal. I'll bet some roofs are going to be strained and some may give way. Here's hoping you have a good fire going in the fireplace.

Wow Richard, that is sure a lot of snow!  I grew up in Minnesota, and I sure don't miss it when I see videos like yours.

June: When I opened the garage door this morning at 7:30 the snow was higher than my snow blower. Thankfully, it still chugged through it.

Claude: Some flat roofs have already failed and we're looking at maybe 10 more inches.

Gary: In MN their used to it. In MD we're not.

Wow...wishing you the best there Richard. We had over three feet here in Boulder Colorado about three years ago but it looks like you may have already topped that. Stay warm...

Great video!  I sure don't miss all that after moving from Wisconsin to Arizona in 2001.  I threw my shovel away for good!

I am so thankful that this is one thing I have never had to experience firsthand. I hope that you have a really warm place to wait all of this out!

Wow that is a lot of snow and I am glad that it isn't us.  It is pretty to look at but I am not ready to be out in it with a shovel.

Richard - My wife's goddaughter and husband live in Crofton and aren't fond of snow--they're from Venezuela.

Hey Rich, another storm is it's way for Tuesday into Wednesday. I also heard that there was a storm coming again this weekend.

Richard, boy does that bring back memories of living at 9000 feet in Evergreen CO. We would get a couple of humdingers every spring. In Montrose the banana belt the snow goes quickly but the high country can  get 4 feet at a time. Looks like your lakes will get some good runoff. Stay dry.

We just dug out a bunch here today. I can't imagine 30 inches right now.

If we get 3 inches here in GA people don't know how to drive and there is a mad rush to the grocery store to buy milk and bread.
