TOULA: Some areas were hit pretty bad. Severn, MD is one of them.

Renting right now is the only option for many people who have had to short sell their own homes.  We have worked with buyers on contracts for deed but they need a hefty down payment which is not always an option.  If I had some spare cash, I would buy something in that price range and rent it NOW.  There will always be renters from now on.
