Crofton MD Homes for Sale - June 21, 2013

The low inventory in Crofton, MD, and many areas surrounding Crofton eased somewhat in May, 2013. As you can see, the inventory of Active listings in zip code 21114 jumped from 47 in April, 2013 to 75 in May. Thats a 60% increase in inventory in just one month. 

Some buyers have been waiting for new homes to come on the market, and it's finally happened. Interest rates are still low, and the economy is chugging along nicely, so don't wait. 

BTW...if you think its turned into a buyers market because of the inventory increase, you would be mistaken. There are far too many indicators out there to show that it's still a strong sellers market here in Crofton, and the surrounding area.

Rich, Glad the inventory has picked back up in your area. Ours is going down and some price points do not exist any more!

Richard, when buyers are are ready and waiting for new properties to come on the market, it definitely is not a buyers market.  Good time for sellers to come back to the table!
